Ms. Cassie Wong is accountable for the HR strategies and organization development in Hong Kong, in partner with the Hong Kong Leadership Team to assess organizational strengths, opportunities and develop appropriate action plans to enhance the organizational efficiency.
Ms. Wong plays a key role in talent planning and development process for all levels, including succession and development plans and potential career paths for key positions.
Ms. Wong has over 15 years working experience in Human Resources. Before joining Nielsen in October 2009, she spent more than 10 years in various industries including FMCG. Her extensive exposures in a variety of HR roles and contributions in leading changes and initiatives in the past allow her to bring the best practices to Nielsen.
Ms. Wong is a graduate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
